Dog Guilt

Dog guilt....I'm having a ton of it lately. The heat over the course of the past week has led to Chuck and Louie being out for shorter walks. That in itself is not so bad. However, I love the heat and I love to go out for my runs in the heat of the day. But I swear to God they know exactly where I'm going and why and, well, they are not pleased. Never mind that it 100 degrees and 99% humidity. Forget the fact that they are laying in the shade with the tongues on the grass after five minutes. They tell me it's just not right. Well guys...I'm sorry but five minute walks fifty times a day ain't gonna cut it! Ho hum... I can't win.
